Getting Around

Public transportation is used very frequently in Antigua and Barbuda. Taxis are very common and have an average rate of 5$ (USD) per half hour. Busses are also common and have a flat rate of about 4$. Other than public transportation, cars are owned by most people who have financial security. Roads are narrow, but most have two lanes. But, above all, bicycles are the most popular mode of transportation in Antigua and Barbuda. They are easy to maneuver through the narrow streets and are faster than walking.
